Ticket resale site StubHub UK has been ordered to refund more than 51,000 customers and fined over hidden fees, the competition regulator has announced. The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) said the penalty for the online marketplace amount to just shy of £900,000. "When the CMA examined the experience of fans buying tickets for gigs and sports events on StubHub UK, it found that between 6 April and 7 December 2025, some were required to pay mandatory costs such as delivery and service fees", a statement said.
